Foot Locker, Inc. has expanded its Board of Directors from 9 to 11 members and elected Sonia Syngal and John Venhuizen as new directors, effective immediately. They will serve until the 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. Syngal joins the Audit Committee and the Human Capital and Compensation Committee, while Venhuizen joins the Audit Committee and the Technology and Digital Engagement Committee. Both new non-employee directors will receive compensation comparable to other non-employee directors.
