Orion Group Holdings, Inc. has entered into a material agreement through a subsidiary to sell approximately 341.3 acres of land in Harris County, Texas, known as the East and West Jones property. The land is to be purchased by Capital Development Partners Acquisitions, LLC for approximately $30.5 million.
